How do I return an item?
Returns

ShirtSmart wants all of our customers to be satisfied with their items. You must have prior approval before returning an item. Customized items may not be returned unless the customized logo and/or the item is defective. These items will be replaced. Non-customized samples for preview or sizing may be returned in a timely manner for credit excluding shipping charges. Customers are responsible for shipping charges to and from. Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item.


All items ON SALE are final sale unless defective.
